A Mediterranean Medley at Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts

Royal Plaza on Scotts has invited guest chef Esmeraldo Oteruelo to prepare his signature Mediterranean dishes for guests of its buffet restaurant Carousel. Chef Esmeraldo, who has cooked for figures as elite as Queen Elizabeth II and King Juan Carlos, will dish up specialities like Paella Mixta, a fragrant mixed rice dish with fresh seafood (pictured) and Magret de Canard, beautifully seared duck breast, sliced and served with a piquant sauce made with honey, orange and thyme.
