ISHINOMAKI Grill

Furnished with raw wood and metal finishings, as well as fishermen tools, ISHINOMAKI takes on a Japanese fishing cabin theme serving robatayaki and izakaya fare. Diners can enjoy starters like salted squid entrails ($6), tuna with fermented beans ($12) and ara jiru ($8) – a fisherman’s soup. Fresh off ISHINOMAKI’s grills are the unagi kabayaki ($26), Iberico pork collar with yuzu miso ($20) and baked creamy scallops and snow crab ($20). Cheesecake with ice-cream ($9) and azuki creme brulee ($8) put a sweet cap on the meal here.
