L’Entrecôte’s signature steak frites has been so popular in Duxton Hill that its owners have decided to open a small branch next to celebrity chef burger joint &Made by Bruno Menard in Pacific Plaza (both are owned by restaurant group Déliciae). The 30-seater bistro, helmed by chef Damien Le Bihan, has a smaller menu compared to Duxton Hill (which boasts 30 appetizers). Items that have made the cut include Sardines in its Tin ($18) and Escargots de Bourgogne ($16). Then, of course, there’s the pièce de résistance: the trimmed entrecôte steak in secret sauce, served alongside golden fries and a green walnut salad, and presented in a single serving instead of two staggered ones.
