Tai Parfait
Japanese soft-serve in taiyaki shells

Time Out says

A cross between a taiyaki pastry (Japanese for ‘baked sea bream’) and a parfait, the soft-serves quirkily dispensed in the open mouth of a fish-shaped wafflecake at Tai Parfait from Tokyo drew queues weeks into its opening at the basement of Bugis Junction. On top of a choice of custard or red-bean stuffing inside the fish’s body, you can choose from 11 variants of ice-cream-topping combinations like Hokkaido vanilla softserve with honey comb ($6.90), banana cheese cream crunch ($4.50), and kinako and brown sugar ($4.50).
