This December, get into the spirit of the season with classic Christmas fare at Alley on 25’s festive buffet. Comprising premium roast and grill selections, expect prime rib roast beef, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, sustainable seafood bouillabaisse, glazed Kurobuta ham, boneless BBQ pork ribs, turkey breast roulade and more.

The free-flow sustainable seafood bar on ice has choice offerings such as oysters, Scottish smoked salmon, tuna tartare, tiger prawns and Australian mussels. Pair your plates with the Christmas beverage of your choice like unlimited eggnog, mulled wine, Delamotte Champagne, wines and beer.

End the feast on a sweet note and choose from a variety of holiday desserts that include marzipan stollen, tropical fruit pavlova, Christmas pudding and mint pandan chiffon cake. The humble chiffon cake gets a seasonal upgrade with a bold green glaze and red and white sprinkles.

Helmed by Josephine Loke, who used to cook in the kitchen of two-Michelin-starred Odette, 665°F is a premium steakhouse that delivers unbeatable value. This festive season, it's offering a three-course Christmas menu starting from $98. Highlights include a butternut squash velouté and turkey roast supreme with chestnut stuffing. For dessert, guests can choose between Christmas cake served with homemade gingerbread crumble and vanilla ice cream or a classic apple and pear cobbler.

Bid a fond farewell to 2018 and ring in 2019 in style at the Mr Stork's New Year’s Eve countdown party. Expect plenty of street food, bubbly, music and a stellar view of the fireworks display from up high. Soak up the buzzy but laid-back vibes, check out the fireworks and dance the night away with DJ Jagi and The Partyman spinning the tunes from 9pm till late.

Tickets start from $188 and include free-flow hot snacks, wine and Andaz’s very own Pale Ale from 9pm to 1am. VIP tickets, priced at $238 comes with guaranteed seating at the VIP fireworks viewing area and additional free-flow Delamotte champagne and spirits.
