Going 39 floors up the luxurious Andaz Singapore hotel will take you to a rooftop bar with unobstructed views of the city skyline. Mr. Stork houses 10 teepee huts, and is an ideal spot to wind down with drink in hand against the backdrop of a glorious sunset. The bar is offering a one-for-one Veuve Clicquot champagne Golden Hour deal ($30 for two glasses) from 5pm to 7pm daily. And from April 3, Mr. Stork will be running a ladies’ night every Wednesday 7pm to 10pm, with drinks like aperol spritz and prosecco ($12).
On the menu is a selection of fruity and floral cocktails ($27). Go for the light and citrusy Aliya – a blend of Ceylon Arrack, spiced pear, lemon mist and roasted pineapple soda; or opt for darker concoctions like the bourbon-based Opus, or Tales of Mekhong which spotlights aged rum and coconut. The bar has also partnered with local microbrewery Trouble Brewing to bring us two exclusive beers – the Andaz Summer Ale ($18) and Andaz Pilsner ($16).
