Fine dining shouldn't feel inaccessible. Over at one-Michelin-starred table65, the restaurant breaks away from the formalities of upscale establishments, choosing instead to focus instead on flavours presented in a casual setting. Grab a seat near the open kitchen, and watch as the chefs put together a three-course Saturdate Lunch ($85) that features the restaurant’s iconic Apple Dessert.

Fill your tummy with the best that land and sea have to offer. The restaurant, opened in 2010 by Australian celebrity chef Scott Webster, serves up fresh seafood and premium cuts of grilled meats cooked over lava stones or served straight from Osia’s stone hearth oven. Enjoy a Sunday Boozy Brunch (from $89) that comes with your choice of main, half-shell sea scallops, and unlimited servings of starters, snacks, and desserts. For $129, pair your meal with free-flowing sparkling wine, house red and white, and a selection of beer.

For a truly unique meal, visit Forest for its inventive Chinese fare. Local celebrity chef Sam Leong takes a modern approach to Chinese cuisine, creating dishes like peppercorns and shredded chicken salad ($18) as well as chilled coconut jello ($22). The best way to sample his creations is through the Sunday Lunch menu ($68), consisting of eight courses spread across 13 different tasting portions.
