Celebrate Easter with a family brunch buffet at Opus Restaurant. There will be eight live-cooking stations and you can sample over 25 different types of cheese from Europe, ten kinds of charcuterie and an abundance of seafood, including sashimi. There will also be egg-themed specials but taking centre stage is dessert – liquid nitrogen meringues and homemade marshmallows, all drizzled with sauce from the hazelnut chocolate fountain.
