A cheesy love for cooking inspired Fahmy Putra and Samuel Loh to open their own macaroni and cheese store. But they weren't looking to set up shop in hipster enclaves; they wanted to be hawkers instead. At their store, the classic macaroni and cheese ($8.50) is made from a special four-cheese blend. But jazzed up versions are also available, in particular, the signature lemak chilli padi ($10.50) that packs a deep, fiery heat.
