The world’s best restaurant is coming to Singapore. This May, three-Michelin-starred Mirazur will run a three-month pop-up over at members club Straits Clan, taking over the space of Kin and Clan Cafe to serve up a six-course lunch ($388) or a nine-course dinner ($488).
Look forward to a thematic menu inspired by natural phases; the pop-up will kick-off with ‘leaves’, before transitioning to ‘flowers’, ‘roots’, and ‘fruits’ respectively. The interior of the space will also be changed to suit the changing theme. And expect some local element to peek through the food; chef Damian D’Silvia and the team at Kin will work closely with Mirazur to introduce local ingredients and flavours into the dishes.
This pop-up comes as part of the Straits Clan’s rebranding, which will soon be renamed as Mandala Club, after being acquired by The Mandala Group from The Lo & Behold Group.
