Aura brings the glamour with a free flow champagne brunch, accompanied by an Italian spread. The menu stretches across appetizers of seafood salads, mains of dressed up pasta dishes, wagyu beef cheek and roasts, and crowd pleasing desserts. There will also be a champagne tasting with Mumm cellarmaster Didier Mariotti, which starts at noon before the buffet. But it's okay if you're just there for the bubbly and food.
