Preludio x Esora A Non-Starry Night

Embark on a meal on the dark side with the sixth installment of #ThePreludioMovement. For one night only, chef Fernando Arévalo of Preludio will be joined by chef Shigeru Koizumi of Esora to create a multi-course degustation menu. Esora, which means 'painting in the sky', will interpret Preludio's monochromatic theme to present a mysterious, elegant meal inspired by the best of the season.
