Premium Hennessy X.O. Pairing Menu at Feng Shui Inn

Feng Shui Inn's head chef, Li Kwok Kwong prepares a spread of Cantonese dishes to pair with Hennessy X.O. cognac. Like a blast from the past, this all-day, six-course menu ($688/five) includes plates like stir-fried lobster meat and lobster patty with barbecue sauce, and fried rice with smoked duck breast, designed to be enjoyed with a 350ml bottle of cognac.
