Spanish Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany is coming to town to curate a black truffle-themed menu at FOC restaurants in Singapore. FOC Hongkong Street will see a seven-course black truffle menu with dishes like millefeuilles with foie gras and shrimp risotto. Casual eatery Pim Pam by FOC will offer a laid-back gastro dining experience, featuring à la carte dishes like croquetas with mushrooms and Estrellados scrambled eggs with Jamon Iberico. FOC Sentosa marks the finale of the three-day black truffle gastronomic affair. A nine-course dinner will be held featuring tapas like air baguette with Iberian pancetta and potato gnocchi with scallops. Prices for the FOC Hongkong Street and FOC Sentosa menu are priced at $228 per person and are available for reservations now.
