Indulge in the one-day-only collaborative affair between OLA Cocina Del Mar's Daniel Chavez and chef Seita Nakahara of one-Michelin-starred Terra. The menu will feature more than 30 unique dishes such as the Pesce A Scapece (pickled fish) and Suppli Al Telefono (fried rice balls filled with mozzarella). The dishes will be paired with Italian wines from Sarment Wines and Angra Wine & Spirit.
