It's fashion for a good cause at the #ShopForGood campaign by Tangs. This year, brand partners will contribute part of their sale proceeds of selected products to various charities, and for every receipt generated in October, Tangs will donate $0.50 to the Singapore Children's Society.
Look out for the main Shop For Good event (Oct 10, 2-6pm) at Tang Plaza, where ambassadors Andrea Chong, Derek Ong, Charmaine Seah-Ong, Eugene Lim and Joseph Lor will make an appearance, alongside veteran local actor Edmund Chen. Homegrown florist One Olive will also set up a flower arrangement workshop, where proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation, and beauty brands like Estee Lauder, Laura Mercier and SK-II will offer special promos and activities.
Plus, at the first ever Shop For Good Silent Auction (Oct 29, 7pm), Tangs will present one-of-a-kind special items to help several causes. And watch brand Arbutus will put on a watch-painting demonstration (Oct 10, 2-6pm) for shoppers, alongside its series of hand-painted Arbutus Singapore Jubilee Timepieces ($1,800 each), an SG50 collection that directs all sales proceeds to arts education.
