Though rough around the edges, and full of sour-faced, hard-nosed shopkeepers, this old mall offers some of the best deals in town. Crammed with hundreds of tiny shops, it’s a good bet for hard-to-find computer and electronic parts, but also crowded and frustrating. The higher you go, the lower the prices are for accessories and blank DVDs and CDs. Haggling is compulsory; make sure you shop around for the best price.
