A Beach Hut Theatrical Experience

In celebration of the Singapore Bicentennial, Beach Burden Bliss is Desert Wine’s last stage offering for 2019. The production will be playing two original plays by playwright-producer-director Sharmila Melissa Yogalingam: Burden and Bliss. Burden is a re-enactment of a real-life WWII story while Bliss is a light-hearted story inspired by real life. The performance takes place at the site-specific location of Punggol Beach itself, in a cosy-intimate beach hut.
