Ebizo Ichikawa XI, also known as the Prince of Kabuki in Japan, is bringing two kabuki plays to Singapore as part of Japan Theatre 2015. Of the two Japanese dance-dramas, Mimasu Kuruwa no Kasauri is an all-new play specially created for Singapore while Uwanari will be staged for the first time in 100 years.
