Time Out says

How Drama’s Fat Kids Are Harder to Kidnap returns again this August, with this edition marking their 15th year.

Join in the fun at this interactive performance that will tackle the day-to-day affairs of an average Singaporean – from housing rental woes to the highly-anticipated upcoming presidential election. 31 different plays will be held in the span of 60 minutes, and the fun part? You’ll be able to decide the order of them. How it works: The cast will hold pieces of paper bearing numbers ranging from 1 to 31. Subsequently, the audience will determine their preferred number and vocalise it. The play will then begin, initiated by the number that receives the loudest response.

Directed by Melissa Sim and co-written by her together with Jeremy Au Yong as well as the five talented cast members, this show has made its mark globally – from Paris and Washington DC, to Oslo. It was also nominated for the Best In Theatre category at the Sydney Fringe Festival 2019 And Melbourne Fringe Festival 2020.

"Do join us for a laugh. It's going to be our most populist edition yet," says How Drama's co-artistic director Melissa Sim.
