While vegetarian food has long lost its stigma for being dull and unappealing, Japanese chef Aya Kakisawa has taken the vegetarian bandwagon to the next level, specialising in entirely vegetable-based meals, both sweet and savoury. Being a firm believer in educating others to eat well, she and the 2am:lab and 2am:dessertbar are hosting three special green-themed evenings. The first and second evenings will consist of a six course dinner, complete with beverage pairings, at the 2am:lab. The third will be hosted at 2am:dessertbar.
