The long Easter weekend calls for a leisurely brunch, and there's nowhere better to enjoy one than on the lush compound of Tanglin Gin Jungle in Dempsey Hill. The bar and distillery is hosting a bottomless brunch with the folks from Sonny's Pizza and Aperol. Get this – it's bottomless. From a price of $88, you'll get unlimited helpings of Vietnamese-inspired brunch items by Chef Son Pham, who's ditching the cheesy pies to go back to his roots. At the bar, David Yeung (brand ambassador of Campari Group Asia) and the Tanglin Gin Jungle crew will be shaking up a neverending rotation of cocktails using – what else? – Aperol and Campari alongside housemade spirits.
