Fresh from the waters of Nagasaki, Japan, a 60kg Bluefin tuna will be prepared at the main atrium of Jurong Point. Chef Takahiro Ishida – with more than 15 years of experience in the sushi trade under his belt – will skin and filet the fish, and diners will get a taste of his ruby red cuts at a special promo price of $26.80 after.
