Time Out says

Celebrating all things Thai food, the annual Chang Sensory Trails returns with an emphasis on home recipes of the cuisine that we come to love. This year's edition features 24 authentic signature dishes by eight local Thai restaurants including Aroy Dee, Baan Ying, Bangkok Jam, Gin Khao, Little Elephant, Long Chim, Tamarind Hill and Un-Yang-Kor-Dai. Tuck into the likes of watermelon fried rice, Thai style fish and chips and spicy pork rice cake among others, each bursting with flavour. Also catch the illustrations of GalactikCaptain on food booths, tabletops and the Chang Sensory Trails photo wall, with local bands O.K Ready! and 53A as live music providers.
