db Bistro Moderne: November’s Burgers & Bordeaux

Ooohhh la la. Through November at Db Moderne, Chef Daniel Boulud’s signature Db Burger will be available with a glass of Bordeaux for just $10. So what’s in the burger? Well, it’s filled with red wine braised short ribs, foie gras, slow roasted tomato confit and freshly grated horse radish sauce on a homemade bun. Sounds very gourmet, doesn’t it. The burger can also be ordered as part of a lunch or brunch prix fixe menu.
