Fleur de Sel's 1st Anniversary Celebration

To celebrate the French restaurant's first anniversary, Fleur de Sel preparers a special six-course menu featuring duck, turbot and pigeon, and promises to pledge all proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore. Each dish is paired with a French wine specially selected by the restaurant's chef/owner Alexandre Lozachmeur (pictured).
