Paying $5 for four dishes and a drink sounds impossible. But that's what you get at Impossible Food's one-night-only event. The Californian company is launching its plant-based substitutes for meat and dairy products in Singapore and you can be among the first to try them.
Some of the most prestigious chefs and hawkers from all over our city, such as Andrei Soen from Park Bench Deli and Ricky Leung from Empress, are preparing dishes like char kway teow, burgers, crispy spring rolls and Chinese pancakes that are Impossible-y good.
All you have to do is flash your phone at the door, showing that you've RSVPed at the events page and pay $5 for a feast. The event is first come, first served so head down early on March 6 and don't forget to bring a friend.
