Jim Meehan bar shift with Banks Rum

The latest in a long line of illustrious bartenders to swing by our city and poke their heads in to do a guest shift or two is New York-based Jim Meehan, the star mixologist and owner of his own illustrious joint, PDT (Please Don’t Tell), which lies hidden away in NYC behind an innocuous-looking hotdog shop. He’ll shake and strain a series of cocktails made with the craftily-blended Banks Fine Rums, including its flagship 5 Island Rum that balances a delicate alchemy of spirits from five regions – Trinidad, Jamaica, Guyana, Barbados and Java.
