Jimami Tofu 5D Dining Experience

Jimami Tofu is the award-winning debut feature film of multi-talented duo Jason Chan and Christian Lee. Set in Singapore and Okinawa, the film follows the life of a Singaporean chef working in Tokyo who falls heads over heels for the city's harshest food critic. In this edition of the SFF, watch the film come to life and engage all your senses as you taste and smell the dishes at the same time that they appear on screen. The seven-course dinner menu includes the local favourite char kway teow, along with Japanese dishes like the Okinawan braised pork belly bento, sweet potato croquette, Goya chanpuru (stir-fried bitter-melon dish) and more.
