Mikuni's Matsutake Mushroom Season

Back by popular demand, and for one month only, Mikuni is once again offering Japan's special Matsutake mushroom dishes. Guests will be able to experience old favourites such as Mikuni’s executive chef Moon Kyung Soo’s special ‘Kagoshima Wagyu Sukiyaki’, which comprises of generous blocks of prized wagyu in a delicious hotpot containing onion, burdock, bamboo shoots and a panko-crusted fried whole egg. A Matsutake Seven Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($220++ or $320++ with sake pairing) is also available, while ala carte dishes begin at $38++.
