Time Out says

This is the last year that NDP will be held at the Marina Bay Floating Platform, as it will be moving to City Hall and the National Stadium in 2015 and 2016 respectively – so savour the gorgeous bayfront backdrop while you can. Set to the theme of ‘our people, our home’, this year’s edition is helmed by Dick Lee, but will not feature a new National Day song – look out for another rendition of Lee’s classic ‘Home’ instead. Spectators will witness a segment of ‘Heartbeats’ by military personnel as they march in formation and a Dynamic Defence Display that shows off our soldiers and their vehicles. There will also be performances by local artists and students, and the fireworks show will start just after 8pm.

The event is free if you won a ticket; otherwise, enjoy it live on TV from 5.45pm onwards.
