Brother/sister duo SHIMURAbros explores the relationship between archaeology and the moving image with this video-based installation that's centered around one of the earliest travel films to be made, Road to Singapore, an American comedy flick from the 1940s. Images are projected onto plastic crates containing archeological shards – the findings of NUS archaeologist and historian Dr. John Miksic.
