It’s a night of cocktail enlightenment – Bacchanalia’s head mixologist, Mark Thomas, reveals the complexities of vodka and its esoteric origins, and if you’re lucky, you might even learn how to serve up a shot or two. They won’t leave you drinking on an empty stomach though – small bites that highlight ingredients used in the various vodkas’ distillation processes such as the Potato Wrapped in Parchment (potato and leek) and substantial courses like the Scottish Loch Fyne Salmon with Fennel and Black Olive will be served.
