Volume 3 is not for the meek, Head Mixologist Mark Thomas and Executive Head Chef Ivan Brehm will lead the journey of fine whiskey tasting complemented by delectable bites and ending in a 2-course dinner. The whiskeys selected especially for the night are Willet Pot Still Bourbon, an 8 – 10 year old single barrel bourbon from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers with notes of vanilla, coconutand crème brulee ; Macallan 12 Years, one of the first legally licensed distilleries in Scotland which is no stranger to whiskey aficionados; Redbreast 12 Years, a slightly malty single pot still whiskey with a sweet caramel and apple palate; Willet 8 Years, a straight bourbon whiskey of unusual depth; and High West Rendezvous Rye, an intriguing blend of two straight rye whiskeys – a 16 year old rye with full aromatic qualities and a bold, spicy 6 year old.
