Highlight events to check out at Edible Garden City's pop-up space in Little India
Over the next couple of months, urban farmers Edible Garden City spreads its message of growing city edibles via a two-storey green playground-slash-science lab. Natasha Hong highlights a few events at the space.
Young chef and foraging enthusiast Joseph Ong brews coffee by 40 Hands and puts together dishes (under $10) using forgotten ingredients and local produce. A retail space stocks locally made chilli and jams, as well as urban-harvested honey from Copenhagen.
