Time Out says

KU DÉ TA presents their new weekend brunch menu that stretches over the weekend. Starting from Friday, the five-course menu inspired by Japanese cuisine features Chef Frederic's star dish, prawn salad with glass noodles. In the addition to the Easter weekend, the dessert spread will feature iconic Easter desserts ranging from raisin hot cross buns to the must-try coconut angel food cake.
