Wine Connection's Italian Wine Dinner

To celebrate all things delicious, Wine Connection is hosting an Italian Wine Dinner at their Cuppage Road venue. Dishes on the menu include cold poached salmon with “cucumber scales”, slow roasted beef tenderloin with herb roasted potatoes and dressed greens, and a traditional Italian favourite dessert, tiramisu, which will each be paired with wines from Italy's grape-growing regions like Salento, Tuscany and Friuli Grave. Receive a glass of Valdo Prosecco Extra Dry on arrival, and cross your fingers for the lucky draw taking place during the meal.
