Time Out says

Take the time to reset and unwind at Sentosa’s latest wellness event: the Zentosa Fest. Happening this June 3 to 30, Sentosa has come together with over 30 partners from the wellness, leisure, health, and sports industry to ensure you always prioritise your overall well being. There are over 50 wellness experiences at this massive event, making it the perfect island retreat for you and your family.

Zentosa Festival Village

Palawan Green has been transformed into a beachfront Festival Village to hold masterclasses hosted by wellness experts, sports workshops and outdoor performances by local artists. The upcoming annual Dad’s Day out this June 18 and 19 will also be held here, and families are invited to participate in different activities that incorporate elements of a healthy and resilient family lifestyle.

Glamping under the stars

Book a tent at Sentosa’s first-ever overnight glamping by the beach. The two-day-one-night package includes a glamping tent with 2 queen size beds, air coolers, complimentary breakfast and complimentary activities and workshops at the Zentosa Fest. At $388 per night, you can book a glamping tent here.

Stress Stop

Put your mind at ease at the Stress Stop zone – a space to relax and bring you a moment of peace. Find an array of wellness programmes – yoga, pilates, taichi and sound bathing – to suit your mood. You can also opt for an aqua biking session – a full-body low-impact workout that takes place in the waters.

Festive Market

For some healthy snacks and eco-friendly brands, head over to the Festive Market at Sentosa. In partnership with Sunday Social Market, the market brings together local farmers, cottage industries, food creators, and handicraft artisans under one roof. Some of the products include The Better Milk’s almond milk, Turmeric latte, Curated Culture’s sugar-free cold brew teas and Power Pops’s all-natural handcrafted yoghurt popsicles. The Festive Market is open on Fridays from 4pm to 8pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 8pm.

Food

Food-wise, the Tuckshop boasts a selection of curated menus from different F&B establishments. Expect a wide selection of healthy and nutritious food such as a wholemeal pancake breakfast set, Korean boneless chicken and fruit juices. There are also chefs conducting culinary classes and demonstrations to show how to make clean meals and diets that are suited for your body.

Bookings can be made now through Zentosa Fest here.
