Planning Easter brunch just got easier—get ready for classic eggs, savory French toast and, of course, loads of lamb

The kiddies can keep their Easter baskets—we'd rather celebrate the vernal holiday with some seriously good brunchin'. This Sunday, round up the family and friends, and hit up one of these blowout Easter meals, including a smoked-fish Nordic spread, a family-style Austrian feast and a rabbit repast in a Long Island City museum.
Andrew Tarlow's Fort Greene eatery goes all out with a four-course Piemontese menu. Expect antipasti like veal tonnato and fried polenta with fonduta, a porcini mushroom risotto, roasted lamb and creamy panna cotta for dessert. 1–8pm; $65.
M. Wells Steakhouse
The buzzy LIC spot invites you to "brunch big" on Sunday with Bloody Marys and milk punch, or pick up goodies from its MoMA PS1 outfit M. Wells Dinette for your own party at home, like rabbit royale and maple pie. 11am–3pm; à la carte.
Do Easter Nordic-style with Marcus Jernmark's three-course brunch, featuring cold-smoked salmon with burrata, grilled neck of lamb with asparagus, and rum baba with toasted sesame ice cream. The feast is also available for dinner. Noon–3pm, 5–9pm; $75.
Easter brunch gets a creative spin at this Union Square brasserie. The menu includes duck confit and dinosaur kale salad; Swiss chard and Hon Shimeji egg frittata; and for dessert, a citrus and olive-oil cake with yuzu mousse. 11am–4pm; à la carte.
Colicchio & Sons
Head to Tom Colicchio's Meatpacking eatery for a four-course spring feast. On the menu: white and green asparagus, suckling-pig confit and roasted lamb loin by chef de cuisine Chris Lavey, as well as seared carrot cake and chocolate mousse by pastry chef Stephen Collucci. 11am–9pm; $125.
The Breslin Bar & Dining Room
April Bloomfield's Ace Hotel gastropub isn't just serving its awesome-as-always brunch (shrimp and grits, full English breakfast, scones), but also giving you the chance to show off at your family shindig: Order its traditional currant-studded hot cross buns by emailing email@example.com. 7am–4pm; à la carte.
The three-course brunch at this Union Square spot is off to a fresh start with a seafood plateau, stacked with oysters, scallops and crab. Other options include crispy French toast, pan-roasted lamb loin, oven-roasted Guinea hen breast and dark-chocolate soufflé. 11am–4pm; $68.
Edi & the Wolf
At their Austrian tavern, chefs Eduard Frauneder and Wolfgang Ban are putting together a family-style meal. Deviled Easter eggs with speck and horseradish, English pea dip, roasted lamb and carrot cake with Greek yogurt are part of the menu. 11:30am–3:30pm; $45.
Braised artichokes with goat cheese, asparagus-saffron risotto and spring lamb await at the Wythe Hotel's Italian-inspired Easter feast. 10am–4pm; $47.
A classic Italian lamb casserole is the main attraction at this UWS ristorante, where they'll braise the lamb with white wine, rosemary and thyme. The menu also includes shrimp polenta, savory French toast, and a braised-lamb casserole. 11:30am–3pm; à la carte.
