Plot: Paul, a music teacher, receives a letter from an old friend, a notable composer who has moved to the woods after a failed marraige. The friend's invitation asks Paul to come and visit. Paul arrives with his wife and colleague, but his friend is not there. As they go to look for him the next day, Paul notices something strange about the song of the local birds.
