For one month, gastro nerds and foodies can enjoy a selection of six vanilla-inspired dishes at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel.
All across the Middle East, Asia and Africa the hotel chain is rolling out this new culinary experience consisting of two choices of starters, two choices of mains and one dessert.
While the menu might not fill your stomach to the absolute breaking point, foodies can expect a light and exquisite tasting experience that will tickle the taste buds with something new.
According to Olivier Chavy, the president and CEO, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, "Vanille Salée is a real palate pleaser and menus like this are only the beginning of a long-term commitment to gastro-loving customers."
Traditionally used for desserts, vanilla produces interesting results when added to savoury dishes, harmonising well with both white meats and fish. Word has it that it also transforms tomatoes, beetroot and even onions adding an unexpected – but delightful -touch of the exotic.
This vanilla infused menu will run from 21 February to 21 March.
