Mega projects around Lumpini Park that are changing the landscape of Bangkok

The beloved Dusit Thani Hotel will soon be part of Dusit Central Park, a 440,000-square-meter mixed-use complex co-designed by Dutch architectural firm OMA and local architects A49, and will comprise three skyscrapers in colors representing auspicious metals in traditional Thai belief: gold, pink gold and silver. 

Said to be Thailand’s largest urban development project, One Bangkok is a Frasers Property- and TCC Assets-backed complex of skyscrapers located on a massive space to the east of Lumpini Park. It will be home to office buildings, five-star hotels, luxury residential units, a lifestyle space, and a park of its own.

The Crown Property Bureau-backed Siam Sindhorn is injecting new cool to one of its priciest plots on the north of Lumpini Park. Sindhorn Village is a massive residential complex that will comprise five high-rise residential buildings and a five-star hotel. Each unit is promised mind-blowing views of Lumpini Park.
