Top Chef Thailand winner is cooking at Scarlett Pullman Hotel G until 27 Nov

You don't get to eat food cooked by award-winning chefs every day. So this is quite a special event: Top Chef Thailand winner Chudaree "Tam" Debhakam is taking over the kitchen at Pullman Hotel G's Scarlett Restaurant until 27 November. Tam combines her excellent cooking skill with fine ingredients sourced by Scarlett team and a touch of Thai recipes, resulting in seven a some Thai touch and her excellent cooking skills that land her the number one of Top Chef Thailand together, and the result is an à-la-carte menu featuring seven Thai dishes with a modern twist.

Your choices include starters like chicken liver mousse with spiced tamarind and grilled sourdough (B560). The dish is topped with Ma La spice and roasted ground rice. The other dish is cured sea bream served with local citrus and lemongrass oil (B680) that gives sweet and sour taste.

There are four mains you can choose: lamb shank Massaman curry pie with creamy mashed and baby vegetables (B890); quail with pork and chicken stuffings, served with butternut squash, ginger puree and sweet peas (B880); spice rubbed cote de boeuf (beef rib) with braised peanuts, chimichurri, garlic fennel puree (B2,250); and grilled tiger prawns with charred romesco, grilled greens and a prawn reduction (B850).

Finish off your meal with the chef's special dessert menu, with choices such as sticky banana brioche served with toasted rice ice cream (B320). The ice cream is made from Thai jasmine rice and is complimented well with the butterscotch sauced toast and a bit of saltiness is truly a perfect combination.
