It’s officially back! One of Bangkok’s most popular music festivals will take place from November 25 to 27 at the Thunder Dome.
After revealing American singer/songwriter Ari Staprans Leff aka Lauv as the first major headliner set for the first date on November 25, VERY Festival has announced the next act for the second date on November 26, which is Franz Ferdinand!
Franz Ferdinand is the Scottish band who rose to fame with their hit single “Take Me Out” from their self-titled debut album in 2004. Like Lauv, the five-piece band has already performed in Bangkok once back in 2006 at Bangkok 100 Rock Festival that saw a big horde of now-legendary acts like Ian Brown and Oasis. Meanwhile, Lauv, who has popular tunes like “Paris in the Rain” and “Modern Loneliness”, had one show as a supporting act for Ed Sheeran in 2017 and one solo show in 2018.
VERY Festival 2022 also promises other exciting acts who will take turns rocking the VERY stage include keshi, boy pablo, ADOY, joan, Phum Viphurit, HYBS, Numcha, and Rocketman.
