There are two classes to choose from: Pasta 101, which teaches you how to make both fresh and dried pasta and Say Cheese, a class that shows you how to make classic Roman-style carbonara and four-cheese tortelloni. Classes will be taught by Italian chef Francesco Deiana.

At the end of the class, you'll get to take home your very own dough you made in class, along with La Dotta's homemade sauce, fresh pasta, recipe booklet, and a B500 dining voucher.
