Culinary Tour de France: Centre at Brasserie Cordonnier; 6 pm; B1,200

Brasserie Cordonnier is hosting a tour of France through their 3-course set dinners. This 19 May the courses will be focused on The Centre-Val de Loire region which occupies the center of northern France and is split through the middle by the Loire Valley. The Centre-focused specials are; Rillons de Tours au Vouvray (confit pork belly with Vouvray wine, slightly crispy, served with salad), Coq en Barbouille (chicken stew with red wine and blood sauce, served with mashed potato), and Nougat de Tours (shortcut and almond cake, filled with apricot jam and confit fruits). This dinner is perfect for lovers of French country food and meat lovers.

Siamese Cats Live in Bangkok 2019 at De Commune; 7 pm; B500/advance, B600/at door

The indie rock group based in Japan is coming back to Bangkok this May. Seen Scene Space presents Siamese Cats Live in Bangkok 2019 and with the success of their new album, Virgin Graffiti, they’re back with new sounds, better than ever. The band has been performing since 2007 so it’s safe to say they’re a well-seasoned group no music lover would want to pass up the chance of seeing them live. Opening acts are two Thai bands: H 3 F and surf pop newcomer, Surff.
