Doc World #1: The Non-fiction Diaries of Jung Yoon-Suk at Doc Club Theatre; 4.30pm; free

Thai Media Fund joins hands with Documentary Club for their first collaboration on a screening of two highly praised documentaries by Jung Yoon-SukBamseom Pirates Seoul Inferno and Non-Fiction Diary. For two days, the director will be up for the Q&A session after each screening. Read more here.

RCB Film Club x Documentary Club at River City Bangkok; 4pm; B120

The RCB Film Club x Documentary Club collective makes a comeback with a new series of documentaries and seminars related to music and art. For this month's edition, the event features four flicks: Song of Lahore, Tokyo Idols, Crumb, and Leaning into the Wind: Andy Goldsworthy.

One French and five Thai graffiti artistsKMIS3(France), Kongsak Poonpholwattanaporn (Thailand), Basid (Thailand), Paintburi (Thailand), Jeaks (Thailand), and SANTI (Thailand)—display their artworks at Sathorn 11 Art Space. KMIS3 will also perform live painting.

Hollow at Peel The Limelight; 8pm; B700

Peel The Limelight presents Hollow, its original theatrical production inspired by true stories of a hundred of thousands of comfort women during the World War II. The play follows testimonies of the survivors who were abused, raped, tortured, exploited, and forced into sexual slavery by the Japanese Imperial Army. The play is recommended for audiences age 15 or older and performed in English with Thai subtitles.

A Life in Shadows at The Ratchadamnoen Contemporary Art Center (RCAC); 4pm; free

Photographer Constantine Korsovitis explores the shadow puppet culture, one of the world's oldest storytelling tools, in Southeast AsiaThailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia, in particular. A shadow puppet troupe from Wat Ban Don in Rayong province will also perform live at the opening event. 

PostScripts at Praisaneeyakan; 2pm; free

Curated by Charoen Contemporaries, PostScripts is an assembly of art practitioners invested in the redefinition of linear progress. As one of the pavilions of the 2018 Bangkok Biennial, PostScripts explores a history of Thai modernism through a series of projects taking place at the first postal building in Bangkok, Praisaneeyakarn, and features participating artists like Wolfgang Bellwinkel, Anon Chaisansook, Arnont Nongyao, Kansuda Panprom, Sornrapat Pattarakorn, Albrecht Pischel, Miti Ruangkritya, Nuttapon Sawasdee and Titirat Skultantimayta.
