The first World’s 50 Best Hotels list was revealed last night, and many hotels from Bangkok have made their debut on this list. All of them are located by the river, with the Four Seasons in Charoenkrung ranking highest at No. 3. This follows this year’s first and second hotels: the picturesque Passalacqua at Lake Como in Italy and the flagship Rosewood Hotel in Hong Kong, respectively.
Other Bangkok hotels on the list include the legendary Mandarin Oriental at No. 10, Capella Bangkok at No. 11, and the Bill Bensley-designed art-deco hotel, The Siam, at No. 42.
