During a brief hiatus in getting the restaurant renovated, chef Napol Jantraget and his partner Saki Hoshino of 80/20 are hosting a pop-up dinner featuring the progressive flavor of the land and the sea at a secretive riverside location.

The husband-and-wife duo is expected to whip up a multi-course menu that showcases an innovative approach to Thai local ingredients as a preview to the new menu once their restaurant is reopened. From 9-11 November, the sumptuous flavor of the terroir will be highlighted with ingredients spanning meat, vegetables and insect (B3,500), while succulent, sustainably-caught seafood, as well as other underwater edible goodies, will be put on the menu on from 16-18 November (B4,000).

The specific location is still kept in secret, but diners are tasked to find “The House at The River” in Soi Charoenkrung 22, complete with a deck looking out to Chao Phraya River.
