Uber-luxurious beach resort Amanpuri is kicking off the summer travel season in Phuket with seven-course tasting menu and a specially-crafted cocktail pairing evening it partners with the award-winning talents behind the famous innovative eatery Mizulim in Phuet town. The private dinner will take place on 27th of March, between 7 and 10 pm, at the resort's Arva restaurant.
Inspired by the seasonal abundance and balance of Phuket's nature, the "Forest and River" dinner will celebrate the concept of eating local produce and preserving food through the use of produce from local farmers fused with progressive and innovative cooking techniques tended by the chef/founders: Iron Chef Thailand winner Chef Mond; talented Chef Korn, and mixology expert Chef Wyn.
